An additional backyard living, shelter and studio space with a 1:1 inside to outside floor space + wet area.

A big covered deck, in the mountains opening to the north is important so outside can be enjoyed during the iconic fine south-east mist.

We take on a projects of a variety of scales, always with a preference for small footprints.
